from mine finding, i use front spring (blue) and rear (pink) and is very stable.
if the car tends to flex, it will lose much traction. this is for low traction track.
if is to apply to high grip track, i would say steering not enough to go through a turn.
correct me if i am wrong on the finding

I wouldn't put it like that... I find that more flex allows each end to develop more grip at each end than the setup would allow from a stiff chassis. This is a good way to get a more driveable car if you are having problems with handling however more rear grip also means more understeer (and thus less potential for speed). As far as flex is concerned I only ever remove one screw from my top deck if I want more flex and that is the single screw above the motor mount. I find the others less effective for tuning. The 2.25mm and 2.0mm lower decks should also offer better traction with less understeer effect however it is a big change to go back if it doesn't help.
