the sweeps seemed a little better than the solaris mediums...i did try a set of solaris hard compound that seemed to be the best of the bunch. unable at this time to provide more setup info until tomorow.typically i clean the tires with simple green then after they are dry i put on a liberal coat of paragon ground effects

Your springs are probably too soft, I would start with 344/306. I also would not use paragon black, you need FX2, or preferably tire tweak. Clean the tires with buggy grip, let dry, then use tweak for 20 mins, wipe off whatever didn't dry before you hit the track.
