I still use V3 proline tires, infact, I just finished gluing a set of revolvers. I usually find them very cheap on eBay. I use them on the rear of my 811.
I did notice a slight increase in rear traction and didnt feel like the drivetrain was unstable at all.
I still use them because I actually get them cheaper than regular tires lol
