Dude, I ran xray from 04-2010 and I NEVER broke an arm like that. I cracked a couple and broke rear uprights. But never that bad. Did you strap a nitro engine in it and have a runaway into a curb at 60?
I'm not saying that the Xray is fragile, just like is broken any other model

I asked martin for stiffer plastics on the NT1... No joy...
No need to change the hardness of nylon / graphite unless you change the design of the arms
