For blinky non-boosted you should start around 4.0 FDR with the timing on the motor all the way +... start from there and check temperatures to see if you can go even bigger on the pinion...
For boosted you'll have to figure out how to set your boost on the speed control and hopefully have someone local to help you out with a starting point... Motor timing start at max - and start gearing around 6.5 FDR... Again monitor temps to see if you need to adjust your boost +/-.
This should get you in the ballpark...
