Default I'd have to 2nd what Toyoter91 said.....
I was looking for CF suppliers online and stumbled across a company called Dragon Plate. Not only do they sell CF products but offer a CNC service at supposedly reasonable prices (I have not used their CNC service yet).

I've cut CF before and it sucks. You don't want to breathe the dust and it's really messy.
