The bearings are seated all the way into the hub carriers and the axle cups aswell. I can see that the offset is off because the the front right wheel with a 0mm offset hub covers the two allen screws that hold the carrier hub to the a-arms where as the opposite side is not covering the screws. I also noticed that the dog done side of the axle sits further outside of the out drive cup, close to the edge.
