Well, as always, it's hard to diagnose without actually seeing the track layout, but I would think that your FDR(which would be about 6.22:1, if my math is right) might be a bit tall for an 11.5 motor(especially if your ESC has any timing advance in any of its throttle profiles, which I think the SXX can do), so you might try going down a couple of teeth on the pinion, maybe 3 teeth, & keep a close eye on the motor temp every couple of minutes(would also be good if you have access to a temp gun, maybe someone at your track can help you there). If you can monitor with a temp gun, I'd try as a rule to keep the motor temps below 170 F, that should keep your motor from being damaged....
