You're right Mike, that video is sweet. I like all the fat tire F1s too.
Guess they like goin really fast.
The "Parade" cars have their place too since they do bring the modern look.

Depending on how the FRP edges look, I may finish them like I do with all my CF pieces. It takes time (sand off sharp edges, glue edges with multiple thin coats, sand smooth, and polish).

The good news is that I will transplant my electronics from my current F104 Pro into the X1. I also have a freshly finished Ferrari body ready to go.
Zilladude, can't imagine you could possibly build it any other way.
It just wouldn't be up to your flawless standards.
Just stay on it and have it ready for show on Sunday. :sneaky
Documenting the build with pics would be killer but if you think it's gonna slow the build too much, how bout just snappin shots of the new rear section's parts and assembly.
