I just drove one for a bit at a local track. The car is perfect for beginners learning to drive. A 21 can be alot if you never had a RC. This do not have the power of a true 1/8 scale. Im hard on my RCs and this took it. My only worry would be the drive train standing up to the abuse of a 1/8 scale track. Not a fan of the clutch. But all in all, this would be great for beginners.
