Didn't had a good ball diff with me at that time so stuck another gear diff in.
Build me a brand new ball diff just now that runs smooth as butter.
Will try that and see how it go's.
If still no improvement i will try some other tires.

ok, well if the car is good for the first few laps and then bad it's probably tyre related. If it's just started sucking in general then probably the diff. You need to isolate the problem, I'd stick the ball diff in and see how that goes. Good luck
