You can make adjustments by shaving down the tops and or bottoms of the spindles then replace the removed material with shims on the opposite side to raise or lower the ride height.

This has worked for me and allowed me to run more ride height for smaller diameter tires (foams) and lower ride heights when running taller rubber tires.
