I haven't gotten my kit yet, so still haven't run the car. From what I've been told, cutting the motor mount is the way to go for asphalt tracks as it makes the car much easier to drive. I've ordered a spare motor mount as well though, so when my kit and parts arrive I'll be able to give more hands-on feedback.
