Does having the batteries as out-riggers like that significantly affect performance?
I have the Serpent 960 as prevously mentioned, and was planning on installing 4S batteries as the layout allows, but really don't want to be let down by a poor performer. I'm sure it won't be BAD, but at the same time, I don't want a car that can get whipped by a good 1/10th car!
Getting out-riggers made wouldn't be too hard, and I would then use 6 cell, like most others here seem to.
