The Tamiya TEU104-BK doesn't have a lipo cutoff, it has a LiFe cutoff for use with Tamiyas own LiFe batteries as they don't sell lipo packs, which means the cutoff is around 4 volts and is way too low for Lipo batteries.
i've used the TEU104 last summer at a 24 hour enduro - and those were used BECAUSE of the voltage cut-off (we all ran lipo)...and I've got one in my tt01 specifically because of the voltage cutoff
