I don't know much about the rules for EFERA as I don't run under their rules. From what I have read, I have to agree with Phil on the point about the rule being "open" to interpretation. That could have issues and probably should be worthy of a revision. Though I'd have to question how a tire additive equlas cheating? Saw a simular thing with the On Road Worlds.
Be nice to know what additive if any was used. Couold open a healthy debate and lead to a correction in the rule. If Battle found a grey area in the rule and used it to his advantage, good for him.
