The best solution for us right now will be to drill a hole in the arm mount where the second unused hole is in the bulkhead and hold the armmount with a screw or pin. Only possible with the long one dot or zero dot mounts I think.
Keeping the prutruding tang down low only prevents pivot in 1 direction. Make it full length up past C/L of the screw, and now it cannot pivot either direction. Also T shape it to lock block and bulkhead and it doesn't have to come in from backside, just front. As you have it now it only prevents pivot in the direction it already cannot move, bottoms pivot out away from wheel.
