Driving styles vary but here is a good start.
Front Diff oil 60,000 weight to 120,000 I use the 120,000
Center is a 2speed trans no oil needed
Rear Diff 10,000 / 30,000
Shocks 80 all around is a good start but I know people that swear by 1000 weight diff oil in their shocks.
