i would get a associated rc8 trust me in the long run you will be glad $$ .
since, your a beginner i wouldnt get a novarossi or any itatian engine there very tight when new and can be a pain for a beginner i would get a dynamite .21 engine easy to tune can last if you take care of it and has good power.
