The stock springs are gold-19lbs and silver-16.9lbs.

I have only been on low bite one time so I really am not sure what to say other than by raising the rear up to 3mm and the front to 2.5mm spacers helped quite a bit. You could also lower the inside camber link mounts be a few millimeters to help with traction as well.

On the high bite tonight my car was trying to overrotate on tight corners so I changed from the rear 16.9lb springs to 17.5 lb springs and that was all it took to lock the rear end in. Nothing like a 9x1 at full song down a 160ft straight!!
