Both cars need upgrades to be durable I would choose the one that your
local hobby shop keeps parts in stock for.

Most people that race use a .21 but there are some that use a .28 its a preference. The .21 will always be better in fuel consumption. and
many of us have a old buggy/truggy .21 that adapts to this class easily.
