3oz. Kerosene
2oz. Pb blaster
2oz. Buggy grip or jack the gripper is what I use.
Trust me this stuff is amazing. I didn't really believe it myself until I tried it. Now I don't go to the track without it. You can get pb blaster at advanced auto, napa or any auto parts store. It comes in an aerosol can kinda like WD-40 but so much stronger. Give it a try you'll like it I promise.
