Try it out! Run them one way and then try them the other way. Neither way is going to be horribly undrivable. The worst that is going to happen is that you are not going to like how it feels. It is all driver preference. I am actually playing with the inline axles now.
Get out there and test! That is part of the fun of this hobby.
Looks like a fast field of cars are going to be running at Snowbirds. It will be a very good test of the stuff that I have been testing.
