Manual photo suggest you install part #H0294 belt tensioner guide with bump stop(thats the name i give it) at the bottom.
My suggestion is to install it with the bump stop to the top and i find that the belt teeth at its closest is 3mm to 4mm.
I cant tell you that the teeth will not stripe seeing as i have not driven car yet.

My camera battery door is broken so i cant take photo!

Yes, thats what I have been doing. Make sure you file the corner of this part which faces the engine mounts so they don't touch.
