I got it...
You have to click on the 'download now' link .... then you have to scroll down .. wait for the timer to count down 30 seconds ... then fill in the security words .. then click on download now (ignore the pop up) then the downloader pops up ... its a phaff but it is there.

And you can install it without overwriting V1.62

I shall look forward to giving it a go... thanks Angelo.
