Although truggies are designed for racing, they'll out-bash any MT IMO..this coming from a guy that used to be a hardcore MT guy( I think I was the last guy to buy a truggy in our club )
The only time an MT may be tougher than a truggy is if they have a head-on collision, but other than that, the truggy will be tougher when jumping, crashing or cartwheeling. An it's easier to work on than most MTs.
