I am having problems with clearance for my dogbones on a stock FF03. Its almost as if the drive side bone does not have enough room when the wheel is turned. I talked to a local racer and he said I have to build it and install it differently from the instructions.

You built the diff wrong. You missed the part where your supposed to flip the diff and then put the screw in. I did the exact same thing.
