If you stiffen your springs up the car will react faster and become more twitchy, also roll less. This is good for smooth tracks. For bumpy tracks run softer springs and possibly swaybars to reduce the roll.
Here is what I am running ATM:

front:
new yellow springs 56 50wt
.080 sway bar
plaid TRC 59mm

rear:
new orange springs 56 50wt
no sway bar
purple TRC 59mm

the car doesn't really rotate at all either, in fact today its pushing
