WhooHooo!! Talked to the landlady today and she is stoked about us opening a track. Gave us a REALLY good deal on the place. We took measurements and care working up a floor plan on Delta Cad. Based on the prelim numbers the track will be either 30 X 60 or 35 X 70 and we should have a minimum of 70 pit stalls!! As always, stay tuned for details!!!
