Finished building it! It was so much easier than I thought it would be.
It turned out great...
This pic is from the first test drive. The body is currently undergoing clear coats after being painted a neon yellow (90s tastic!). I decided to only put on a few of the stickers, cause the flames are too much (imho).
Ill post pics when the paint is done.
Got a question...
The gear box and rear axle is on a floating attachment to the main frame. Every time I accelerate quickly, I hear the attachment SLAM into the frame as the torque twists it. Is that the way it was DESIGNED? I went over it about 10x making sure I followed the instructions correctly.
