Sold. This HPI Formula 10 is used but in very good condition. I raced it on Ozite carpet, approximately 5 race events. It is ready to run except it does not include a radio receiver. It does include several hop-ups and a selection of extra tires. Also available for extra cost is the Exotek chassis with the mini hard-case LiPo battery holder option. I ran the car with the Exotek chassis, but removed it when the rules were modified to have a minimum weight. Even with the stock chassis, I needed to add a couple of ounces of lead. I still used the mini hard case LiPo, but the Exotek chassis is a superior for that route. The mini LiPo is about 50% discharded after a 5 minute run, so (at least with the Johnson 540) run time for normal length races is not a problem. Please see the attached pictures.

Note: The LRP ESC does not have it’s outer case and the mode button is not working properly. This is not a problem if you have a radio with adjustable neutral trim and end-points. I just adjusted the radio to the speed control instead of adjusting the speed control for the radio. Also, this being an older generation ESC, it will not work with some of the newer ultra high speed radio systems unless you switch them to “normal” mode. I had to do this with my KO EX-10 Eurus radio. This also applies to the steering servo as it is not digital.
