Default Building the HPI Pro-4

Guys;

OK, I am at the Upper Deck installation phase and cannot stop the chassis from tweaking. I've tried all kinds of tightening sequences and as soon as I get a few turns on the screws, the Chassis is noticably tweaked.

Looking at the alignment of the holes in the Upper Deck to the mating holes in the lower Chassis assembly. You can see severe misalignment. No matter how I install the Deck Screws and tighten them, the Car starts tweaking.

I have never had this kind of problem before with any other double decked Car that I've owned.

Short of using a Sledge Hammer to fix the problem, anyone have some Ideas?

Thanks,
