It will turn, if u bought it used double check your set up to the std set up. The best thing i've done is I taped the set-up to wall were i work on my car everything is right in front of u for a quick reference. make sure the droop screws are in your a-arms, the guy before could have changed a-arms and forgot to put the droops screws back in, I've seen it down. and like everyone else said, ck the droop setting, ride height, rear sway bar 2.3, servo saver.
