Turning radius is turning radius, assuming you have no binding and your end points are adjusted all the way.
Go lighter in the rear (diff fluid) as mentioned and I guarantee you get more steering. That or buy the S/D's.
Before you go out and drop coin on the S/D's, it's worth it to try different rear diff weights.
