It may sound crazy but I stick my tongue out. I used to grit my teeth really bad when I got nervous. Then I was having fun laughing with my tongue out in practice and it worked. I couldn't grit my teeth and I had to think about it so it calmed my nerves. Only problem is in 20 min mains man does the end of my tongue get dry!
