I wouldn't just replace the one bearing, I'd do both. What does the piston look like? Any play in the wrist pin? Hows the rod? You have to weigh the differences in what it would cost if you were to look at a new one if money is no issue for you at this point. You have to ask yourself if you liked that mill too. Lots of variables to weigh.
