d) Toss the car on the track and adjust the HS needle to get the top end performance that you want/need.

e) Finally pull the car in and adjust the LS needle one final time (probably richen it) to bring the idle speed back down and you are done.

That's all that you should have to do and you should be done!



that sounds good but , i think all you need to do is richen the low end 1/4
cw. and than do the pinch test

or it could be a broken spring or the carb could be stuck maybe.
