depends on what kind of pinch you get, a light or medium pinch will only be 2-4 tanks like break in but a tight pinch will be a full blown break in, but 99% of people dont do a tight pinch bc it is extremely rough on the rod and crank. i had an engine pinched and IMO its better than new
