The value's of the setting's aren't the same.
The Mod version is much "smoother" and nicer for your motor" then the "hard" and "powerfull" stock version.
When driving mod-profile with a 13,5T (made a download mistake ) I had everything at "full" and "hot"... After 8 min motor was 70 degC.
When driving the same motor, same ratio, same settings in the speedo BUT stock-profile. The motor was 100degC after 1 minute and got awesomly fast

I don't know the exact value differences.
