+1, i never had good luck with the 2050/re11 on a ninja. Must be something about the ports. I've seen the ae 2035 run pretty well with the ninja tho.
Like a lot of people have said, the 2060 is the way to go with this motor. Great run time, smooth powerband. If you need a little more rip get an EB mods button.
