I would try the car first and then go for the Exotek chassis setup so you can at least have an idea how each one works and what the differences are.
Is this going to be a black 416 because if so it will be even more dialed looking.
Seen a few black anodized cars that have been posted that you did and they are just killer looking.
My only issue with trying one chassis over the other is that I like to shoe goo my servos on the chassis. So I like to get my chassis close to how I want it (specific chassis, wire layout, ECT) and I keep them that way.

, I could not have it any other way! Just got done with a customers 416 actually, he should be posting pictures as soon as he gets the car rebuilt. I will be using red shims and nuts, to bring back a
classic Tamiya flavor.
