Race report
June 19th was Oahu's Aloha Tower race held at the annual "Build the track event and car show". It's a great opportunity to bring RC out to others and get them interested. The classes were: 17.5 rubber, F-1, mini Cooper, and 18Rs. The track was kinda small but very technical with a short strait. My mini Cooper wore Sweep 33s and my 17.5 sedan wore Sweep real blue 32s. Both my cars were dialed all day with me resetting TQ in each round in F1, Cooper, and 17.5! I took the "W" in those classes as well. My tires performed flawlessly and made reliable traction run after run. I used buggy grip to clean the tires and Sweep outdoor traction additive, dialed! Overall, a great day of racing with Oahu's best drivers at a great event.
