If you want a ceramic thrust use the 1.6mm ceramic balls (PO-CDB408BK) with the stock thrust washers.
Hi I did find a good solution with this...I did order two of these from rc mushroom for only 5 usd before reading this but found that I could use the ceramic race with the original pressure plates..making a really excellent thrust bearing without the inconvenience of loose balls
