I was helping at the track and the guy I was helping had the same issue... Turned out it was his sensor wire. It was not plugged in all the way. So make sure it is pushed way down into the esc and motor.
Someone can correct me if I am way off base, but it looks like the green blinking led is a sensor issue... Is there a listing of error codes somewhere. It would be helpfull when trying to locate a issue between the esc and motor.
