Just think about it its a carpet alternit.. Perfect for an indoor oval/onroadcourse that is normaly run on carpet.. Heck you could make wood jumps like the carpet guys do and cover it with this stuff.
As far as tires goes it wouldnt be any different then like concrete,asphalt,carpet., all things people race on. It wouldnt get all nasty like carpet does. easy to clean.. Like the old tire traction trick, if it looses traction spray simple green on it, its rubber itll sticky up. Heck if its the same as our oval Kart tires WD-40/simple green will make it sticky.
