The new rear uprights are not supplyed with the new 415, they are only 1deg of toe in as well not like the standard kit ones. IMHO they are very good, they allow more adjustment of the roll center at the back as well.

They weigh as follows,
std red one 16g
tamiya lightweight one 12g
team bomber 8g
Both the new tamiya one and the bomber one are 2mm lomger than the standard shaft.
