I would think they are inflated to a point where it would stretch the tire compound to a point where it could allow a pretty stiff sidewall. Some of you were saying that it would be too weak on the sidewalls... remember that you do want a little sidewall "flex" so that it conforms to the angle of the surface your on.
I'm interested to see how these work.. should be interesting.
