I assume that you are running the front black springs? I run front black springs with a 1.5mm spacer. Stiffens up the front end a bit. You might try useing the Tamiya mediums and the spacer in the front springs.
Also you can use Zac projetc tires as they go all the way up to 45 shore for fronts.
