5000s fit without issue, if mounting them under the top deck you need to make an L shaped plug but that's pretty simple, otherwise you can do what many of us do and just mount them offset a bit. 5600s also fit under the top deck but only by the width of a piece of paper. There are heaps of lipo trays around, e.g. demon, bitty design
