For those wondering what to put in the tubes on CRC or Speedmerchant cars, CRC sells Tube Lube in 2 different thicknesses. Losi hydradrive fluid is just about impossible to find, so all the Team CRC drivers use Tube Lube. I would not use 50,000 1/8th scale diff fluid. You might as well glue the tubes together.
CRC Tube Lube comes in both light and thick versions. I always carry both. A bottle of it is only $3.00 and will last a long time.
